[Investigating] NRTC engineers are investigating what appears to be an outage with the Greenville Virtual Datacenter. This impacts multiple services including NovaSubscriber, eTickets, access to some Zimbra email, Communigate, cPanel webhosting, and will have some impact on DNS resolution. The secondary authoritative name servers are on-line in redundant locations

[Investigating] NRTC engineers are investigating what appears to be an outage with the Greenville Virtual Datacenter. This impacts multiple services including NovaSubscriber, eTickets, access to some Zimbra email, Communigate, cPanel webhosting, and will have some impact on DNS resolution. The secondary authoritative name servers are on-line in redundant locations

[Identified] A majority of services have been restored.

Specifically, authoritative and cacheing DNS servers in the Greenville virtual datacenter, the application portal, cPanel webhosting, CommuniGate mail systems, NovaDesk, NovaSubscriber, NovaSupport (eTickets), ViewLocal / YourStream, XML / API are all fully operational.

Zimbra is partially impacted by an ongoing issue with a backend store. This is preventing access for approximately 20% of the total userbase on Zimbra from accessing mail.
