• This position is for working in the Friday Harbor Rock Island/T-Mobile retail store
• This is a full-time position with benefits
• Saturday work required
• Work as a T-Mobile customer as a Retail Sales Associate
• Help customers understand T-Mobile and Rock Island products and programs
• Utilize the appropriate systems to manage customer records, inventory and invoicing
• Provide a positive and professional greeting to all customers
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• 40-hour/week position with a Tuesday – Saturday work week
• High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience in jobs involving customer service
• Familiarity with phone, tablet, computer and Internet technology
• Communication – Speaks clearly and persuasively; listens and gets clarification when necessary; ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing. Able to explain cost/benefit tradeoffs regarding repair vs. replacement of computers and related items.
