OUTAGE UPDATE: Rockisland.com and Hosted Email Down
Just after 3:00 am yesterday morning our email host had a network issue that took all of @rockisland.com and private hosted email customers offline. Engineers at PEAK Internet, our email host, have been working diligently on the problem ever since. The issue was due to a power event in the data center.
PEAK has been providing regular updates to Rock Island and we continue to help them to get email back online. Approximately 1/3 of our email customers are still offline this morning. We will send out updates on the half hour today with our progress.
