Rock Island has migrated to a new billing platform, and as a result, there has been a delay in invoice generation.
As of December 3rd, all invoices have been generated for November 1st-20th and December 1st-2nd. For those on
automatic payment through ACH – November and December invoices are likely to be charged on the same day or
within a few days of each other if your bill cycle date falls between December 1st-5th. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We will be launching a brand new billing portal in the next few weeks.
This new portal allows you to access your invoice history, update payment methods, and setup automatic payment.
